What Does a Sales: Business Advisor Do?
A Business Advisor will make contacts with local business owners and decision makers to schedule a free demo and consultation to show them how Wisco Connect can help them connect with their audience and grow their profits. Making connections is extremely important and that is a big part of the position, whether online or in-person. The other part is following up and actually closing (signing up) the client.

Income Potential
This is a 1099 position that is paid based on performance and bonuses. We help local business owners by providing solutions to their problems and helping them connect & grow. That being said, the most businesses you sign up, the more you will make. We do not cap you earning potential either. This is for someone who is dedicated and driven.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM
No nights, weekends or Holidays.
1st Year Earning Potential: $64,000 - $146,000+

Training: Process & Pay
Training typically takes 2 weeks. This is done mostly in-office at our Columbus, WI location. You will learn how to prospect, use our system & solution and learn how we can help local businesses connect & grow. During this time you will learn how to and begin schedule both online and in-person consultations. The first few will be done with your trainer. Whatever they close, you receive full commission earnings for as long as you are actively prospecting and fulfilling your position requirements. After that, your training will sit in on a few meetings that you will be having with prospects helping you to properly consult and close. You will also receive full commissions for these sales, as long as you are actively prospecting and fulfilling your position requirements.

The earning potential is amazing and uncapped. This is a commission based sales position but we give you all of the tools to succeed as well as all of the tools and software to help do most of the "busy work" and follow through for you. The 6 C's are your keys to success. They are:
• Connections
Make connections with business owners and decision makers to help their business.
• Consultations
Set up as many consultations and demos as possible to maximize your success.
• Close
Learn now effectively close sales and bring more businesses onboard so we can help them.
• Consistency
A huge key to success is showing up and following through. Always be honest and earn trust.
• Coachability
Always be teachable and eager to learn new things and re-learn the things you already know.
• Communicate
Learn to work well, both individually and as a part of the team. Be self-driven while being a team player.
Earning Potential
The earning potential is amazing and uncapped. This is a commission based sales position but we give you all of the tools to succeed as well as all of the tools and software to help do most of the "busy work" and follow through for you. You will earn up to 25% of what you close with our company. We will always provide help and assistance so you can learn and earn more. Our tools, software and solutions will also help you close more by simply doing most of the connection work for you. With great hours, amazing problem-solving tools and a dedicated team working with you, you have the potential to make well beyond 6 figures per year. We estimate that a 1st year earning potential is anywhere between $64,000 - $146,000.
